Red Team Purpose
• Red Team evaluates the proposal as if they were making the award
• Red Team answers the following questions:
– Does the proposal present a fully realized technical and management
solution?
– Is the proposal compliant with all sections of the RFP?
– Is the proposal responsive to the customers requirements?
– Do the graphics send the right message?
– Are the discriminators placed in appropriate places throughout the proposal?
– Have we provided the right message in the proposal?
– Will this be the winning proposal?
