AIMS Sporting Tournament

• Takes place annually in Tauranga.

• 17 different sporting codes.

• 213 National and International Intermediate and Middle schools, including Australian & Cook Island schools.

• 7,250 participants!

• 1,400+ coaches, managers and officials!

Selection

• Top Students in each code selected.

• Provisional selections still pending.

• Teams finalised within the next three weeks.

A student’s place in their team could be affected if the above expectations are not met or up to standard.

Accommodation

Pacific Park Christian Holiday Camp – Papamoa

We have booked out the entire park.

All teams will be staying at the same accommodation.

Transport

Mini Vans + one other vehicle for each of the team sports

Food and Beverage

• Self catering.

• Budgeting approximately $15 a day per student • Students are welcome to bring own snacks.

Costs

$440 per student (full week) This cost covers the following:

• Accommodation • Food • Registration Fees • Transport and fuel • Incidentals – e.g. laundry Fundraising by the school through school socials has already been taken into account for this cost.

Individual / Team

• Some teams may take the initiative to do their own additional fundraising.

Payment Options

Deposit due from all confirmed participants by Wednesday 11 th to secure place in teams.
