Q. What if I Exit a Course Before it’s Completed?
A. Your progress in a course is automatically “bookmarked.” If you need to interrupt your training session and
continue later, click EXIT. The course remains on My To-Do and you can re-launch it later by clicking on the
course name. You will continue the course from where you left off — or review sections you have already
completed.
Q. Who Can See My Progress?
A. There are no scores stored in the system – just a record of whether the course was successfully completed. If
you have not yet reached a level of proficiency, the course will simply stay on your To-Do list until it’s
completed. Once completed, the term “qualified” is recorded in the system.
Managers with viewing rights can see the course status and completions for their direct reports by accessing a
special management report. They will also see the term “qualified” next to each completed item.
