Reception Routines
• Settling in your children
• Dropping off routine
• Uniform – Please make sure your child is in full school uniform. Super smart
super stars!
• Water bottles
• Packed lunches – healthy eating!
• Library Books – To be changed on Tuesdays
• PE – on Thursdays
• Clothing – A spare uniform, underwear, socks or tights in school. Please name
ALL items! 
• PRACTISE getting dressed independently at home
• Star of the day and Star of the week
SCHOOL TRIPS
• Library visits- Please be careful with our
school library books. Our books are very
precious!
• Build a Bear workshop – trip to Covent Garden
• PARENT volunteers greatly appreciatedtrip letter will be sent out in coming weeks.
• All parents helpers will need to fill out a form with the office before trip
date.
Reading
• Date for Reading meeting
Friday 10th October 2014 at 9.15
• How to help your children will be discussed then
• Day to return books in PACT folder
• Check Reception noticeboard for Letters / Sounds of the week
Home School Writing Books

2.15pm – 2.45pm after half term.

• Settling in Review meetings- Thursday 23rd October 1pm-7pm- school
closes at 1pm
• Reception welcome service 14th October at 9.15 in the KS1Hall.
