WHEN PRINTING POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS
Try to use backgrounds with little background coverage (to help on toner
consumption) or choose the “Pure Black & White” option when printing.
Pure Black and
White Option
Choose to print your handouts in either 3 slides per page (which comes with
writing lines )or 6 slides per page rather than printing one slide per page.
First change this
menu to Handouts.
Select the number
of slides per page
here.
A visual sample of
the page appears.
Preview your print
job.
Print preview of 3 slides per page.
Print preview of 6 slides per page.
You can return to the
previous screen to cancel
from printing or to change
printing options.
From this menu you
can choose to print or
return to options to
change your settings.
MORE TIPS
If printing duplicate
copies or one large file,
print one copy OR
a few sample pages
first to review before
sending your entire job.
When using a color printer
and needing only black and
white copies use Text to
Black option.
When printing drafts or
documents for personal
use please use the Toner
Save option.
NOTE: Print property boxes DO NOT always look the same but the options available are similar.
Take a moment to become familiar with the menus in your print dialog boxes.
