CELDT and CALPADS merge:

• Data Review Module (DRM):
– Statewide Student Identifier (SSID) Flags
• The Student Score Files (SSF) have been
revised to indicate which data have been
pulled from CALPADS:
– Merged Post-DRM SSF
– Merged November–June Cumulative SSF

19, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.
• LEAs must correct the data for all students
tested during the Annual Assessment
Window (July 1 through October 31, 2014).
• Inaccuracies may prevent CELDT records
from matching with CALPADS data

Window: March 20–April 10, 2015
• To receive test materials May through
June 2015, the CDC must submit an
initial order by logging on to the secure
CELDT District Portal at
http://www.celdt.org/district/.
• If the Initial Ordering Window is missed,
the next opportunity will be July 1, 2015.
