• April—Contract to be initiated • July—ELPAC Regulations to the State Board of Education (SBE) • July through September—Public comment period on the Regulations • August—Complete test blueprints development • September— – Test blueprints for the ELPAC Initial and Summative to the SBE – Public hearing on the Regulations • November—SBE to adopt the Regulations or direct the CDE to conduct a 15-day public comment period 3
