One of the lesser celebrated church
festivals is the Ascension of our Lord.
Today we come to pay honor to our
crucified and risen Savior who returns
to His throne in heaven to rule over all
things for the good of his Church.
Though Jesus leaves this world before
his disciples, he is still with his us, his
disciples through his holy Word.
