Highlight desired time frame
Right click and select “New Meeting Request”
Type desired invitees, proper text, and time frame
Click send.
5. To view attendees go back into calendar
6. Double click the meeting
7. Look on the bottom to see All attendees

Add folders to your Favorites
Right Click on your most popular folders, Select
“Show in Favorites”. It will appear on the top left.
Send and Receive Quickly
If you are expecting an email or want to make sure
an email sends out press the send and receive
button on the top left of the screen.
Order your folders by using numbers
1. Current Projects
2. Closed Projects
3. Potential Projects
Flag email as important
Click the flag on the right of the email to mark as
important. Click it again to mark as completed.
