Mobility: Individual Mobility reports, cash + direct payment of stay by coordinator; double documents (Slovenian + English); Staff Costs: Individual contracts + Staff Conventions; payment of own staff with 100% workload on other sources (article 63 Higher Education Act) Overheads: most at coordinator level, less at partner level, not all partners requested Printing & Publishing Costs: not requested by all partners Communication: two languages always (increase of costs of printing)

- University of Maribor is partner institution (up to 40 incoming and appr. 15 outgoing students and staff). Area: WBC Project management in tight cooperation with coordinating institution (University of Graz).

Annual Meetings for Selection On-line portal for applications (electronic + signed paper); multi-level control Financial management (challenging due to variations in national legislations and rates) Differentiation between LLP Erasmus and Erasmus Mundus!
