job structure and job specifications with staff
 Sensitive Discussions - designed to help Managers feel more comfortable
and confident when navigating difficult discussions.
 FAQs – providing commonly asked questions and answers that may arise
during the implementation of this Classification and Compensation Redesign
Project (CCRP).
CCRP- Launch Timeline
 Anticipated launch date is July 4th, 2015
 We are coordinating with HRIS for system
upload with least disruptive process.
 We will communicate any changes associated
with PantherSoft HR, compensation actions,
and/or classification changes impacting
business process on or before May 8th.
