83% response rate • 12+ different job titles • FTE expectations • Other responsibilities!

• High turnover • Little to no career development support • Back-up and cross-coverage • Job dissatisfaction 37.5% • Overwhelmed with job duties 72% • Considering resignation 39%

• Academic Coordinator – Entry level or less administrative responsibilities.

– Grade D (hourly or exempt) – Salary Range: Min. 30,900 – Max 57,100 • Academic Program Manager – Manages, co-directs meetings, produces materials, communicates directly with other organizations.

– Grade E (exempt) – Salary Range: Min. 37,900 – Max 70,100

• Look for career development opportunities.

• Provide cross-training and appropriate back-up coverage.

• Continue to advocate for your coordinator.
