2.Regional Study Group
Mandate:
Site surveys to determine existing national capabilities
Identification of critical infrastructure and
consideration of consequences of its damage or
destruction
Development of alternatives for cooperation
Modeling, assessment, and selection of cooperation
plan
Testing of conclusions of cooperation plan and
development of exercise scenarios
3. Action Plan for Exercises
Develop and conduct specific exercise scenarios
(including disruption of critical infrastructure):
Natural disaster
Industrial Accident with hazardous materials
Nuclear accident
Terrorist Attack
Develop and conduct Communication exercise
