ระดับ 1 สามารถพูด อ่าน เขียน ฟังภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับเบื้องต้น และสื่ อสารให้เข้าใจได้
ระดับ 2 สามารถพูด อ่าน เขียน ฟังทาความเข้าใจเนื้อหาสาระสาคัญต่างๆได้
ระดับ 3 มีทกั ษะระดับที่ 2 ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการติดต่อ สัมพันธ์ในการปฏิบตั ิงานได้อย่าง
ถูกหลักไวยากรณ์
ระดับ 4 มีทกั ษะระดับที่ 3 และเข้าใจสานวนภาษาอังกฤษในรู ปแบบต่าง ๆ สามารถ
ประยุกต์ใช้งานได้อย่างถูกต้องตามหลักไวยากรณ์และความเหมาะสมในเชิงเนื้ อหา
ระดับ 5 มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษอย่างลึกซึ้งใกล้เคียงกับเจ้าของภาษา
สามารถประยุกต์ใช้โวหารทุกรู ปแบบได้อย่างคล่องแคล่วและสละสลวยถูกต้อง
และอีกทั้งมีความเชี่ยวชาญศัพท์เฉพาะด้านในสาขาวิชาของตนอย่างลึกซึ้ ง

ชุดที่ 1 : ข้ อสอบสำหรับผู้สอบวัดระดับควำมรู้และทักษะภำษำอังกฤษ ระดับที่ 2
(สำมำรถพูด อ่ำน เขียน ฟังทำควำมเข้ ำใจเนื้อหำสำระสำคัญต่ำงๆได้ )
ชุดที่ 2 : ข้ อสอบสำหรับผู้สอบวัดระดับควำมรู้และทักษะภำษำอังกฤษ ระดับที่ 3
(มีทกั ษะระดับที่ 2 ใช้ ภำษำอังกฤษในกำรติดต่อ สัมพันธ์ในกำรปฏิบัติ
งำนได้ อย่ำงถูกหลักไวยำกรณ์)

ตอนที่ 1 : Grammar & Structure
(Context ที่นามาวัด Grammar & Structure เป็ นเรื่ องเกี่ยว
กับชีวติ การทางานในสายวิทยาศาสตร์ สุขภาพ
การบริ หารจัดการ งานสานักงานและชีวติ ประจาวันทัว่ ไป)
ข้ อสอบแต่ ละชุดมี 4 ตอน
ตอนที่ 2 : Vocabulary & Reading Comprehension
(60 % ของวงศัพท์และข้อความสาหรับอ่านเป็ นเรื่ องเกี่ยวกับโรค
ที่ สสจ. กาลังดาเนินงานในปี นี้ เช่น ไข้หวัดนก วัณโรค คางทูม
ไข้เลือกออกอีก 40 % เป็ นเรื่ องทัว่ ไป)
ข้ อสอบแต่ ละชุดมี 4 ตอน
ตอนที่ 3 : Written Expression
(60 % ของ Context เป็ นเรื่ องเกี่ยวกับโรคที่ สสจ. กาลังดาเนินงาน
ในปี นี้ เช่น ไข้หวัดนก วรรณโรค คางทูม ไข้เลือกออก
อีก 40 % เป็ นเรื่ องทัว่ ไป)

ตอนที่ 4 : Conversation
(เป็ นบทสนทนาเกี่ยวกับการติดต่อประสานงานในสานักงาน
การให้บริ การ การบริ หารจัดการ การติดต่อประสานงาน
และในชีวิตประจาวันทัว่ ไป)
ลักษณะข้ อสอบ
• ข้อสอบแต่ละระดับ แบ่งเป็ น ชุดคาถาม และ ชุดกระดาษคาตอบ
• ข้อสอบแต่ละตอน ออกแบบปรนัย 5 ตัวเลือก
•ให้ผสู้ อบทาข้อสอบ (เลือกคาตอบและทาเครื่ องหมาย) ลงใน
กระดาษคาตอบเท่านั้น และส่ งกรรมการสอบพร้อมคืนข้อสอบ
ชุดคาถามด้วย
• เวลาในการทาข้อสอบแต่ละชุด ใช้เวลาสอบ 1 ชัว่ โมง 30 นาที
TEST 1
GRAMMAR & STRUCTURE (15 points : 1 point each)
This test is designed to measure how well you understand and recognize English that is appropriate
for standard structure and grammar. There are two parts on this test, with different directions for
each part.
PART A (10 Points: 1 point each)
Directions: The given sentences 1-15 are incomplete. Five choices of words or phrases, marked A, B, C, D
and E, are given beneath each sentence. You are to choose only one word or phrase that best completes
the sentence. Then, find the number of the sentence on your answer sheet, and mark  that corresponds
to the letter of the answer you have chosen.
Example
1. Bird Flu viruses________________ birds, including chickens, other poultry
and wild birds such as ducks.

PART B: (5 points: 1 point each)
Directions: The given sentences 11-15 each one has five words or phrases underlined. The
five underlined parts of the sentence are marked A, B, C, D and E. You are to identify the
underline word or phrase that should be corrected or rewritten. Then, on your answer
sheet, find the number of the question and mark  that corresponds to the answer you
have chosen.

VOCABULARIES & READING COMPREHENSION
(15 points: 1 point each)
This test is designed to measure your ability to understand the given messages which are
appropriate for standard written English. There are three parts on this test, with different
directions for each part.
PART A (8 Points: 1 point each)
Directions: In this part you will read two incomplete passages. Each one is followed by a
number of words about it. For items 16 – 19, you are to choose the one best answer, A, B,
C, D and E to each item to complete the text. On your answer sheet, find the number of the
item and mark  that corresponds to the letter of the answer you have chosen.

or stroke. Our seminar highlights the dangers of obesity, and what you can do to lose weight without it affecting

item. You are to choose only one phrase or sentence that best completes
the conversation. Then, find the number of the phrase or sentence on your
