2015 AVQBC Operating Budget Budgeted Revenue $62,000 Budgeted Expenses $60,000 2014 Carryover to 2015 $7,000 AVQBC’s 2015 operating budget is $20,000+ less then other schools in our district. The AVQBC works closely with the Coach Clendening and his coaching staff to determine what we want versus what we need to support the football program. The budget is than put together based on yearly needs.

2015 Eagle Football Fees 1. Each player is expected to sell 15 - $20 Eagle Cards 2. $100 Booster Fee per player 3. $100 Volunteer Check (This will be refunded if volunteer events are met) # of events to be determined 4. $600 Buy out Option 5. Each family will need to donate 3 cases of pop – not part of buy out option
