COACH KILL 7-ON-7 Team Camp 2014 Format Checks payableto: Mail To: Teams will be divided into a 7 on 7 championship tournament. Every team entered will be guaranteed at least 3 games. There will be a 15 team limit. In addition to team competition, athletes will receive quality instruction from Gopher Football Coaches. This fee will cover a team of 15 participants. Each additional player will have to pay a fee of $20. The tournament field will be filled on a first come first serve basis with Monday, June 2 nd serving as the registration deadline. Each team is required to submit a $50 non-refundable deposit with this entry form. After June 2nd all registrants will need to pay the full entry fee. Each team will receive 15 camp t-shirts. Each camper will be covered by a maximum $10000 accident insurance. Additional coverage is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Tournament Registration Teams should have at least 12 members, however it is highly suggested that 15 individuals make up a team. This will allow for injuries, substitutions, and offensive and defensive specialists. All participants must be entering their freshman year or be a current high school student. Open to any and all going into 9th—12th grades. Check-in and Orientation Please check-in at the side door of our indoor practice facility (located off 15th Ave SE; inside the Gibson/Nagurski Football Complex).
