Important changes
• Added wording to indicate the training should include interaction and
that materials are provided on the KDE website or can be locally
developed (Appropriate Practices)
• All persons involved with testing must sign a nondisclosure form to be
maintained in the district (Test Security)
• Added language around the release of data, embargo timelines and
data review (Proper Reporting of Student Data and Nonacademic
Indicators)

Important changes
• Clarification around students who are selected to participate in the National
Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) testing
• Two sections added (General Conditions for Using Accommodations) to offer
some basic guidelines that accommodations shall meet
