What is DSP Card (1/2)
(1)Function
The DSP is acts as a converter for the IP data (IP extension / IP trunk
communication) and TDM data (PCM communication, which is used on the
extension / trunk cards).

What is DSP Card (2/2)
In addition, the card also performs the conversion between different CODECs (G.711
and G.729). If you want to use VoIP functions, you need to install DSP16 or DSP64
(Without a DSP it is possible to have peer to peer communication only).

TDE PC Programming tool, IP trunk numbers and IP extension
numbers are automatically assigned (Same as current TDA
system).
