Clean room
17:30 Hrs FFU Db tripped , Over load,
earth leak current. MCB re seted.
Due to over load/earth leak FFU DB mcb
tripped.

BMS room
Methane gas cabinet cosmos GLD
alarm detected
At 11:25 Hrs, in methane gas cabinet
cosmos GLD red led glow (Gas leak
alarm) also we found near the both stair
case side corridor some pungent smell.
(Not in the gas cabinet corridor)
5.Initiatives taken
 3-2-12 – DG training program done.
 6-2-12 – Sprinkler jockey, main pumps tested.
 7-2-12- DG fuel injection pipe line changed by NK diesel
person..
 8-2-12- Over head tank water pump & Drain water pump
repaired.
 13-2-12- Defective tubes are removed from fab building as
instructed by Mr.Adinarayana murthi.




15-2-12- Dedicated earthling for film room equipments done.
17-2-12- PCW tank filled with DI water.
18-2-12- Chiller ,monthly PPM maintenance schedule done.
28-2-12- PCW pump which was not working due to bearing
problem got repaired.

 Fire evacuation training for users and staff.
 Signage fitting for fire exit plan for clean room.
 AHU planned preventive maintenance.

12.Suggestions and Requirements
•Shelters to be provided for DGs & Fire pump house to avoid rain
water and leaves come inside the DG cabin & Raw water tank in side.
•FPS & FAS system to be commissioned as early as possible to face any
crisis in the building.
•PC with internet connection and telephone to be provided for
maintenance team.
•Chemical storage area to be separated with partition.
•Safety shoes to be provided for all maintenance staffs.
