Article (21) of the temporary agricultural law No. (44) for the year 2002.
Registration, manufacture, import, trading and trading of pesticides No. z /10
for the year 2009 and its amendments z / 4 for the year 2010.
Jordan's commitment to international conventions and the implementation of
the texts of the provisions of these agreements prevail over domestic laws, the
Rotterdam Convention, Stockholm Convention, Basel Convention
and Montreal .
