วัตถุประสงค์/เป้ าหมายของการติดตามตัวชี้วดั HIVDR-EWI
• ประเมินโครงการการให้บริ การรักษาด้วยยาต้านไวรัส มีการป้ องกันการเกิดการ
ดื้อยาต้านไวรัสในระดับที่เหมาะสม
• ประเมินปั จจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเกิดปั ญหาดื้อยาต้านไวรัส โดยเฉพาะในประเทศที่
การตรวจทางห้องปฏิบตั ิการเชื้อดื้อยายังไม่พร้อม
• ติดตามในสถานบริ การที่มีการให้บริ การยาต้านไวรัสทุกแห่ งหรื อสถานบริ การที่
เป็ นตัวแทน
• มีขอ้ มูลสารวจสถานบริ การที่ให้บริ การการรักษาด้วยยาต้านไวรัสเป็ นรายปี (site
profiles) รวมทั้งเป็ นข้อมูลในการแปลผลค่าตัวชี้วดั ต่างๆ
• เป็ นข้อมูลพื้นฐานทางสาธารณสุ ขที่นาไปสู่ การปฏิบตั ิเพื่อป้ องกันปั ญหาการเกิด
เชื้อเอชไอวีด้ือยาในอนาคต
