 持有知識產權之組織開始藉由授權、共同投資或成立新

鑑價制度之軟硬體設備仍有欠缺。
平臺尚未意識到以行銷思維進行規模性的發展。
知識產權交易目前僅佔其營業額的少部分，尚處於起步階段。

關法律現狀之專利群組。

成立背景：成立於2010年12 月，該公司著眼於新興市場之興起以
及對於技術之需求，將自己定位為能服務橫跨兩岸四地及美、日、
東協十國等金磚新興地區客戶之「智慧財產、文創產業、技術與人
才之交易平臺」。

4. IP Bank (知識產權銀行)
成立背景：
美國專利訴訟案每年約為2,500 ~3,000件，
年成長率5.6%。台灣公司所佔的比例約在
5%~7%(約150件~200件)。
在近3年ITC調查案中，台灣亦佔3~4成，主
要是資通訊產業廠商。
知識經濟時代來臨對知識產權造成衝擊，
為因應此等衝擊，台灣特於今年(2011年)成
