Where to find College Central?

Two different ways to access the site:
1)
Head to the main Frostburg webpage. Click on “Student Life,” then
click on “Career Development” (that is our main webpage). Scroll
down and click on the first link: “FSU College Central Site.”
2)
Go directly to FSU’s College Central page:
https://www.collegecentral.com/frostburg/
How to Register

Step 1
o


Click on either the Students or Alumni icon at
the bottom of the page (depending on
which you are).
Step 2 (if sophomore, junior, or senior)
o
Click on “Create Account”
o
Create an Access ID and Password
Step 2 (if freshman)

Your Access ID must be your student ID

You will never be asked to change your password
o
Click on “Forgot Password”
o
Click “Continue Registration”
o
Type in “Frostburg State University” as the
“School Name”
o
Complete the registration form, and then click “Submit
Information”
o
Your “Access ID” is your student ID number
o
The “Email Address” is your Frostburg email
o
Click on “Find Registration”
o
Create your password (you will never be
asked to change it)
o
Complete the registration form so you can
have access to all of the services this website
offers


Your email must be your Frostburg email
Step 2 (if Alumni)
o
Click on “Create Account”
o
Create an Access ID and Password

Your Access ID can be anything

You will never be asked to change your password
o
Click “Continue Registration”
o
Complete the registration form, and then click “Submit

on your resume , and if your resume is public
then you can get called for a job/internship
interview without even applying

On the Login Page

Before logging in, take time to scroll down the page to view current
announcements. This is where we will post job or internship openings
and also events within a 4 hour radius.

There is also a calendar on this page to show when job fairs and
other events/programs are occurring.

The final thing on this page is a listing of the services that the FSU
College Central page and our office offer you.

Is College Central Free?

YES! College Central is free for you as a student AND as an alumni.
Can I become an Alumni Mentor?
o
YES! As soon as you register as an Alumni, you can sign up to be an Alumni mentor. Students will
then be able to contact you with any questions. If you choose to become a mentor, please put
as much information about yourself as possible.
