ISOC Cost and Schedule Impact


Project cost increase
– ISOC primarily funded off-project
– Increase limited to extension of current ISOC costs on
project
– $8K
Effect of schedule rebaseline on ISOC
– ISOC projected operating costs and staff transition plans
dependent on completion of certain project activities:
• FSW delivery/FQT and available staff transition
• Start of support for admin staff and computer support
– GLAST ground element tests, GRTs, also expected to
linearly slip
– GRT2 expected to delay about 6-8 weeks
– ISOC schedule to be revised to incorporate new TBD test
dates
