Unit Purpose
“To assist in maximizing the utilization of faculty and staff
to meet student needs by maintaining policies and
procedures that enhance equitable and consistent
treatment in all personnel functions: employment,
benefits administration, and employee relations.”
Accomplishments 2003-04
• Presented new evaluation system results to college
officials
– Results include improved consistency and timeliness
– Evaluation time line implemented
– Enhances performance evaluation system
• Presented CFCC evaluation system to Craven CC
• Researched document imaging
– No action taken due to costs and budgetary constraints
• Completed draft of Workers’ Compensation handbook
