To respond to immediate industry needs and to produce an employee pool
that has relevant, practical and specialized training.

To maintain a current curriculum that will withstand trend, cycles, economic
downturns and other impacts upon the industry.

To create opportunities for those who otherwise would not be college-bound
by providing a fast track curriculum into the culinary industry.

To create better opportunities for those currently employed in the industry.

To play a role in the positive promotion of Northwest Arkansas by helping
produce better informed, more professional hospitality workers.

Questions?
• How long will it take to get a certificate? This fast-paced training
allows students to receive a technical certificate in Culinary Arts in
as little as 15 months.
• What size are the classes? Classes are small allowing for more
personal interaction between the students and the teachers.
• Who will be training? NWACC offers hands-on training with top
chefs from leading restaurants and businesses in the area.
• What are the admission requirements? There are no special
admission requirements, except those required for admission into
NWACC.
