If UN is high and VF is medium, then MR is high, and
CR is low.
If BF is low, then MR is low and CR is high.
For simplicity, each of the input and output variables
are mapped to three fuzzy sets, namely Low, Medium
and High. The fuzzy number ranges of the variables are
specified as follows: BF [0,4], VF [0,5], UN [0,10], MR
[0.075, 0.1] and CR [0.65,0.9].
