activities, whether there are seasonal food shortages

Community infrastructure and services
Fertilizer/ pesticide dealer, seed dealer, credit institution, irrigation
facilities, area equipped for irrigation, processing facilities, agricultural
produce market/collection network, farmers associations,
extension/veterinary services, health, radio/telephone/internet, public
transport etc.

