For the effect from the Financial crisis of 2007-08.

The Council for Economic Planning And
Development, Executive Yuan budgeted 10.8
billion NT dollars to promote a program saving
youth unemployment.

It was hosted by the Ministry of Education.

The government gave the allowance to the
enterprises.

To make sure every interns have the salary on
22,000 NT dollars and 4,190 NT dollars for the
insurance of health and labor per month.

Problem

Although the government gave 26,190 NT dollar
per person per month, it didn’t requested the
enterprises to raise money.

So many enterprises gave the money without
any raise.

Deduction of the insurance of health and labor,
the interns just only got 22,000 NT dollars.

Conclusion

The government paid a lot of money to solve
the unemployment, but it was improved slightly.

At the end of the program, the interns who were
stayed by employer are only 40.49%.

Most of the enterprises employ the interns to be
the Sales Assistants.

It is not helpful for the original target that reduce
the distance between the Business and School.

It is obviously that the program isn’t efficient for
the long term of unemployment.
