What do I need to include?
List of current and incoming officers
1.

If you do not have a list of incoming officer’s please give a
date of when elections will be held
Past and future meeting dates
2.

Future meetings only include Spring 2015 meetings that have
not occurred by the audit due date
List of dues paying members


How much each member paid and the total amt. received
from dues
Income statement
4.

This can be a screen shot of checks of balances for the year
Attendance records from all meetings
Advisor confirmation

This can be an email from your advisor
