 Ftp에 올려져 있는 .raw 영상을 sampling 하세요.
 Sampling 된 영상을 다시 원래의 크기로 interpolation 하세요.
 원래 크기의 영상과 Interpolation 된 영상을 비교해 보세요.
 Sampling 된 영상을 원래의 크기보다 더 크게 Interpolation 하세요.
