a participative, interactive and experiential learning.

promotes each child’s well being.

All forms of behavior must be mastered in order for
an individual to participate actively and effectively
in learning, problem-solving, interacting with other

Teachers assist young people in taking the responsibility for
their own learning.
Teachers should also take the responsibility for their educational
path and they are responsible for gaining new knowledge about
education.
Integral components of life-long learning are: continuous
reflection about own activity, paying attention to researching
the classroom, results of research and science, and integrate
them into own work, consider and evaluate the effectiveness of
educational strategies.
