TPM: Competencies needed for future
• Holistic and systematic approach to TPM competences (as they
would be moving from one organisations to another), but certain
focus might be needed on specific knowledge, skills, attitudes
and behaviour
• One leader can not cover all areas, so need a team of
managers/ leaders
• How to lead a permanent change instead of sequent reforms?
• Some competences cannot be developed, can only be recruited
(how to do in different CS systems?)
• Leadership is mainly about relationship and trust
