will be held in Tongeren Belgium.
We hope that You all will enjoy the Championships as well as a great stay in Tongeren, the oldest town

All competition area’s are with a full electronic score system, to be able to keep our time
table the organization limited this tournament with a maximum of 500 competitors (7 areas 8x8 )

Head, gear, groin, forearm, shin guards and gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the
contestant. Mouth piece is compulsory. Obligated for all the competitors

Competitors may exceed their weight class with a maximum of 0,5 kg
Changes of weight classes are allowed before the official weigh-in costing € 10,00 Euro

Entry fee
For each contestant: 20 €, Spectators: 7 € Children -10 year free.
Coach: for every 5 contestants within the same team, one coach is granted free
admission with a maximum 3 coaches. Only competitors and coaches have admittance
to the competition areas. Coaching is only allowed in sports wear all coaches must be
18 years or older !!!

Liability
All competitors are considered to participate at their own risk. The organisation crew
and the organizer assume no responsibility for any damages, injuries or losses.
Protest
Only the official coach is allowed to protest immediately after the end of the contest
an amount of € 25,- will have to be paid for each protest. The decision of the referee
chairman is final.
Visa
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Belgian advises that those participants which need visa
for entry into Belgium should apply for visa at least one (1) month before arrival in Belgium i.c.

Each team invited, will be asked to support us with maximum 2 national or international Referee
As there are not enough referees, we will complete it with national Referees.
All judges who participate will receive a monetary allowance (€ 50 day) as well as free full lunch and
refreshments.
