Enrollment growth tends to be stronger in tougher economic periods.
For the previous five quarters, aggregate enrollment growth for the
Publicly Traded companies has averaged about 12.5% and is on
pace to grow about 14% this quarter—a three year average of
less than 9%.

students require remediation—nearly four out of five
remedial students had a high school grade point average
of 3.0 or higher.
