Work Authorization Documents: Each student must complete an I9 & W4 document (with FPU – HR Dept) INS requires that you present ORIGIONAL documents to the Human Resource Dept.
Once you have completed these forms, HR will have your work papers waiting for you in your FPU mail box when you arrive in August!
Each job you are hired for will require that you provide a work paper document for them to complete.
Once that form is completed, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure the form is submitted to HR before you start work.
Please remember: No form = volunteer work!
