• Merits
– Recognize outstanding performance or

– Accumulation of merits over time within a
single reporting period
• 25 Merits = Overnight
• 35 Merits = Weekend

Performance Reports (PR)
“PR” or “White Slip”
– Report of Improper or outstanding performance
– Submitted by faculty, staff, or cadets
– Must be submitted within 72 hours of report of action.
– Must include:
• Name, CIT #, Date of Occurrence, Description of
Action, and Signature of Reporting Official
– Time for Processing Performance Reports
• Written and rendered within 72 hours
• ERWs returned within 72 hours of issue of PR

Class Absences and Guard

class when their schedules permit”

semester due to Guard Duty
