Behavior management comes naturally for some but most teachers must be taught: Learning environment Safe, structured, consistent & motivating Design, implement & evaluate program Learn how to use methods that will redirect inappropriate behavior Teaching Behavior Management It Can Be Done Safe – do students feel safe?
