Change Work Orders
Use this procedure to add
additional operations to a
work order, add mileage
info to the header or to Teco
a MI (30-day) work order.
IW32
1. From the SAP R/3 System Easy Access screen or from
your favorites, enter or select transaction code IW32.
2. Click or press Enter. The Change Order: Initial
Screen displays.
Basic Commands
3. In the Order field, enter the Work Order number.
Back
Cancel
4. Click or press Enter. The Change DPI [type] Order
XXXXXXXXXXX: Central Header screen displays.

– Header data tab displays

• Make any necessary changes

– You can change any field that is not grayed out.

Order Types
DP01 Corrective Maintenance
Orders – used for most
vehicle repairs.
DP02 Preventative Maintenance
Orders – created
automatically by SAP;
triggered by strategies for
maintenance plans.
DP07 New vehicle prep created automatically for
new buses.
To add an operation:
– Select the Operations tab
– Add operation(s) and VMRS code(s)
• Click to save changes.
To TECO a MI (30-day) work order:
– Add mileage information to the header
– Click
.
– On dialog box, enter date the MI was done in
the Reference date field
– Click
or press Enter
• Click
to exit the transaction.
