IW38 From the SAP R/3 System Easy Access screen or from your favorites, enter or select transaction code IW38. Click or press Enter. The Display PM orders: Selection of Orders screen displays. In the Order status section, select Outstanding, In process and Completed. In Order Type, enter DP01, DP02 or DP08. In Period enter the start and finish date range. Under the Location data/acc. Assignment section, enter your Plant code. Select one of the DPI layouts that are available or create one of your own. Do not change any layouts already setup. - /DPI_IW38_39 Click . The Change PM orders: List of Orders screen displays. The following columns are presented: - Order type (Type of work order) - Stage (processing stage) - Equipment (SAP-generated number) - Equipment description - Short text (description of work performed) - System status (status of work order) - Bas. Start (start date) - Entered by (person entering data) Click on the gray box next to the appropriate work order . Click on Order button to go to the Change DPI Corrective Maintenance Order 6xxxxxxxx: Central Header screen.
