Expert Now for over a year:
Prospects are initially enthusiastic – several
major companies have trialed
Consistent feedback from prospects indicates a
lack of “critical mass” in any given technology
There seems to be a focus on using the Xplore
platform for Expert Now
Xplore’s Gerry Grenier says that Xplore does not
intend to have an LMS – Jonathan Dahl and his
people must be so educated
EAD must continue to add to Expert Now modules
so as to make the Library more relevant and
attractive
