To provide a PK-12 student-centered program that focuses on high expectations for all students.

Objectives:

To ensure that 100% of all the students graduate on time.

To ensure that 100% of student graduates are enrolled in post secondary educational programs or are working in a career of their choice.

Strategies: Develop a graduation plan for each student by 8th grade. Review this plan on a yearly basis thereafter.

100% of SWISD will use the identified methods of communication to educate and be receptive to financial decisions of district business by the end of the first semester with 25% participation from each stakeholder group and increasing every year thereafter.

Create a group of stakeholders to build strong relationships with businesses and community organizations resulting in long-term partnerships. The S.M.A.R.T.

Objectives: Create the S.M.A.R.T. cadre by the end of the first grading period of every school year.

S.M.A.R.T. cadre will meet with 50% of the businesses and community organizations by the end of the academic calendar year to begin building strong, long-term relationships.
