You can get on with your work knowing that you

Managers can assess the urgency and provide
resources accordingly to address the safety issue.

Once the staff member has pressed SUBMIT, it is saved
in the cloud.
When the manager opens your report, you will
automatically be notified by a RECEIVED response.
The Manager is now aware.
When it has been addressed you will get a RESOLVED
response message.
