Introduction

 Tubing for the machine:  It should be no more than 30’ long  3/8” outside diameter polyurethane tubing will work  The pressure at the machine must maintain .6 bar  The compressor must have a flow rate of at least 4cfm @90psi

The Compressor:  should be plugged into a 110 volt circuit, with a 20 amp breaker (unless you are running a 220 volt compressor)  maintain a tank pressure of at least 100 psi  have an air supply shut off valve, somewhere in the air supply line (usually by the machine)  always use a water separator

 To connect the compressor tubing to the machine:  push in tubing till it is as far as it will go into the fitting  make sure the ends are clean cut and square  the tubing goes into the air system which consists of:  dust filter  water separator  press up on the tubing to empty daily  second dust filter  the pressure regulator must be adjusted  it must read .6 bar, when air line is open. To adjust:  lift to unlock, revealing the orange line  turn clockwise to increase pressure  turn counter clockwise to decrease pressure  after adjusting, press down to lock  the grey knob, at the end of the air handling system, is the air shutoff knob.

 in-line with the air hose is open (on)
