Login to the website by typing your username as given by Attalim Office and your
password.

Now one will see this window,
And to go particular heading, for example, to go Announcements made by Attalim
Office Mumbai click on Announcements (ATTALIM MUMBAI) (shown in red)

To see recent postings on the website such as important notices, khidmatguzars’ opinion,
etc., on the website, click on any link in Bold blue heading (shown in red) under the
category Websites and Email (shown in green) seen on the window and one will be able to
access that particular topic.

To see postings and files uploaded regarding Nisaab on the website,
click on any link in Bold blue heading from Atfal to Aashera (shown in red) under the
category NISAAB (shown in green) seen on the window and one will be able to access that
particular topic.

To see postings such as useful articles on the website,
click on Useful Website Links (shown in red) under the category General Category (shown in green).

To see recent posts regarding different subjects, on the website,
click on desired links (shown in red) under the category Recent Posts (shown in green).

To see for answers if there are any, on the website regarding any matter, one must search
for answers before posting a new question using the search link.
And still can’t fine an answer to it, then one can post a new message or suggestion as
explained in the next slide.
Further, if he has searched the website and has got the answer addressed and wishes to
add further to that answer or want to reply that question in another way then he should use
the Reply link, which ha also been explained in coming slides.

To post new message or topic click on any blue coloured bold heading (shown in red)
under the category Websites and Email (shown in green)

Then click on NEW TOPIC (shown in red)

Now one can see window as above and can type his post in box (shown in red)
in English only.

After typing, click on
Preview button (shown in red) (to view before it is displayed on the website and
if there are any corrections , one can correct it)
or
Post button (shown in green) ( to upload directly on the website after typing without the
option of correcting if there is any correction).

To post a reply to any message , one can click on the Reply link, (shown in red)

After clicking on the Reply link, one will see this window with the subject line typed (shown in red)
and can type the reply in the same manner as the shown in slide 12 and 13
