CalFrac Cummins Powered
Nitrogen Pumper working in Canada
This trailer mounted unit can either pump fluids or Nitrogen or both. A
perfect unit for nitrified acid jobs, foamed cleanouts, or most treatments
where CTU is involved, as fluid can be pumped to perform the treatment
through the CTU and at the end of the job the coil can be purged with
N2. This very versatile unit will save the operator set-up and travel
charges when compared to two units required to do the same work.
The fluid pump is rated to 1.66 m3/min and has a maximum working
pressure of 55 MPa. The nitrogen pump can deliver 85 m3/min and is
rated to a maximum working pressure of 69 MPa.

Mines vs. Environment
 New mines are more
protective of the
environment
 Engine emissions are
now a concern
 Extended oil and filter
change intervals are
highly desired
High Altitude Mines are Typical
