Fenomenet med en minoritet av
troende bosatta bland en majoritet av
icketroende i ett ickemuslimskt
samhälle är inte ovanligt i islams
historia, liksom i många förhistoriska
samhällen. Presentationen kommer att
beröra ett antal ämnen, såsom: Olikhet
är en gudomlig sunna, att hålla sitt
löfte, att sky partiskhet, tolerans för
andra, att avstå från fanatism, den
legitima rätten till motstånd mot en
ockupationsmakt.

civilizational communication with one
another.
The phenomenon of a minority of
believers residing under a majority of
non-believers in a non-Muslim
community is an old one in the history
of Islam, as well as in many prehistoric
nations. My presentation will touch
upon a number of topics, such as:
Differing is a divine sunna, keeping
one’s promise, shunning partisanship,
tolerance of others, renouncing
fanaticism, the legitimate right of
resistance to the occupier.
