Supplier ualification Categorisation
As an output of the qualification process, supliers are categorized according to their performance.
Type A: 秀逸
Supplier has very good understanding of RoHS, comprehensive and effective sysytems in place to ensure RoHS compliance and
carries out selective analysis of high risk compnents/materials.
供給業者はRoHS指令を十分理解し、RoHS指令を遵守する為、適切なシステムを構築し、指定管理物質/部品を分析評価している。
Type B: 取引可。改善が必要。
Supplier has good understanding of RoHS and has a sysytem for ensuring RoHS compliance but may be lacking in some respect,
e.g. dose not analysis high risk components/materials.
供給業者はRoHS指令を十分理解し、RoHS指令を遵守する為、適切なシステムを構築しているが幾つかに欠陥がある。　たとえば指定管理物質/部品を分析評価していない。
Type C: 取引上リスクが高い。　多大な改善指導が必要。
Supplier dose not understand RoHS requirements or dose not have sysytem to ensure compliance and does not check
incoming components/materials or declarations.
供給業者はRoHS指令を理解していないかも若しくはRoHS指令を遵守する為、適切なシステムを構築していない。　そして、入手した物質や部品の分析を行っていない。　自己宣言を行っていない。

5. 欧州における規制化学物質違反事例
2012年にはEUの輸入品についてREACH規制違反等で約400件/年の摘発
あり。税関、市場監視・消費者保護機関ではEDX、ICP等を設置し容易に
