Time Report Process
 Time Reports will be created for student employees after the
student and supervisor complete the hiring process.
 Time Reports are sent to the departments via interoffice mail at the
beginning of the pay period.
 Students should verify, sign and forward time report(s) to their
supervisor.
 Supervisors are responsible for the accuracy and timely submission
of the time report(s) to the Payroll Office.
 Time Reports are due in the Payroll Office the Tuesday following
the completion of the pay period.

Additional Information
Corrections to preprinted Time Report
• If you need to report a change to the preprinted information
on the time report such as the hourly rate or department please contact
Gail Bitler. These changes need to be verified and a update to our
payroll system maybe necessary.
Reporting hours worked for previous or future pay
periods
• Hours worked in previous pay periods should be reported on separate
•
time reports. One pay period per time report. Contact Payroll for
manual time reports if this occurs.
Do not report hours and submit time reports for future pay periods.
