Create.Invoice: The system shall let a user create an
invoice to bill a customer.
Maintain.Product.List: The system shall let a user add,
delete and edit item information, including a cross
reference of alternate item names.
Promote.Products: The system shall allow customer
histories to be searched and analyzed to select a list of
customers to send promotional material to, based on
product prices and customer purchase histories.
Create.Purchase.Order: The system shall allow a user to
create a purchase order to buy selected items from a
selected supplier.
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PAYROLL





Prepare.Employee.Paycheck: The system shall prepare
paychecks for employees on a bi-weekly basis.
Prepare.State.Federal.Taxes: The system shall prepare
state and federal tax reports.
Gather.Employee.Payroll.Information: The system shall
gather all payment method information for each specific
employee to be used in preparing a paycheck.
Record.Labor: The system shall record all labor hours
worked by all employees.
Prepare.W2.Yearly: The system shall prepare a W-2 tax
form for each employee at the end of the tax year.

Customer.Makes.Order: The system shall let a customer who is logged in
make an order and pay for it through the website.
Admin.Edits.Catalog: An Admin shall have the ability to edit the online
catalog if he/she is logged in.
Customer.Obtains.Product.Info: A customer shall be able to view info on
every product in the catalog.
Customer.Writes.Review: The system will let a customer write a review on a
product after they receive their ordered product.
Customer.Obtains.Contact.Info: A customer shall be able to view multiple
ways of contacting the business.
Customer.Uses.Search: Customers shall have the ability to search the
product catalog for anything it contains.
User.Creates.Account: The system requires that every user have an account
to keep track of customer and employee information.
User.Logs.In: Each account required a username and password to log in.
